Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll implementation projects for clients, with a specific focus on French payroll.
• Ensure accurate configuration and testing of payroll systems according to client requirements and French regulations.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams (e.g., product, engineering, sales) to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide expert guidance on French payroll compliance and best practices throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll implementation, specifically within the French market.
• In-depth knowledge of French payroll legislation, social contributions, and tax regulations.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful implementations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing abilities.
• Fluency in both French and English is essential.
• Experience with HRIS or global payroll platforms.
