About the Role
Join our team as a Payroll Implementation Manager, specializing in Denmark, to lead the successful onboarding of clients onto our global payroll platform. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless payroll operations and client satisfaction for our clients in Denmark.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of payroll solutions for new and existing clients in Denmark.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, configure the Deel platform, and ensure compliance with Danish payroll regulations.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to deliver a smooth client experience.
- Provide expert guidance and training to clients on using the Deel platform for their Danish payroll needs.
- Identify and troubleshoot implementation challenges, escalating complex issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Stay updated on changes in Danish payroll legislation and best practices to ensure continuous compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in payroll implementation or payroll management, with a strong focus on Danish payroll.
- In-depth knowledge of Danish payroll legislation, tax, and social security contributions.
- Demonstrated experience with HRIS or payroll software implementation projects.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-facing abilities.
- Fluency in both Danish and English is essential for this role.
- Ability to work remotely and independently.
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience with a global payroll platform or SaaS company.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Experience working with diverse, globally distributed teams.
