About the Role

Join Deel as a Payroll Implementation Specialist focusing on the Netherlands market, where you will be instrumental in setting up accurate and compliant payroll for our clients, directly impacting their global operations.

Responsibilities

• Gather and organize essential data required for Dutch (NL) payroll engine setup.
• Perform the setup of the NL payroll engine and associated reports, collaborating with software engineers when needed.
• Manage the payroll project lifecycle from data gathering through the first month of Go-live.
• Oversee and produce monthly parallel runs necessary to ensure a perfect setup.
• Provide support to the Dutch General Manager by explaining NL Payroll specifics and the implementation process during client calls.
• Support the global implementation team with NL payroll details, template adaptation, and documentation.
• Define and fine-tune the list of NL country services based on client selections.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to gather and organize complex payroll data.
• Experience managing projects, specifically through setup and Go-live phases.
• Understanding of Dutch (NL) payroll specifics and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in using payroll engine software for setup and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate data setup and parallel run execution.
• Excellent communication skills to support clients and internal teams.
