Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of Australian client accounts, overseeing end-to-end payroll processing.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and resolving payroll-related inquiries.
• Ensure strict adherence to Australian payroll legislation, including tax, superannuation, and industrial awards.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, legal) to streamline processes and address complex issues.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and improve payroll efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Australian payroll management or a similar client-facing role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Australian payroll laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with payroll software and HRIS platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, autonomous setting.
