About the Role

Join our team as a Payroll Specialist focused on Canada, playing a key role in building trusted client relationships and ensuring timely, accurate payroll processing through our global platform.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary day-to-day contact.
• Ensure timely receipt and delivery of payroll data according to schedules.
• Engage with in-country payroll providers to meet delivery timelines and minimize escalations.
• Submit payroll data accurately and on time to required partners and clients.
• Ensure on-time receipt and delivery of net pay and payroll reports.
• Reconcile and validate data following defined payroll processing procedures.
• Manage client and internal inquiries via case management tools, ensuring resolution within SLAs.
• Develop action plans and root cause analysis for issues.
• Participate in developing team processes and procedures based on requirements.
• Maintain detailed focus on quality, accuracy, and timeliness of payroll activities.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for payroll processes.
• Adhere to SSAE16 compliance audit controls and requirements.
