Payroll Specialist | France

About the Role

Join our team as a Payroll Specialist assisting with standard accounting tasks related to payroll processes and salary calculations for our diverse client base in France.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate payroll records including new hires, leavers, transfers, and contractual changes.
• Ensure thorough knowledge of client employment contracts, policies, taxation, mandatory insurances, and social security regulations to guarantee compliant and authorized payments.
• Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of monthly payroll files.
• Manage client inquiries via telephone and email, providing world-class service.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers.
• Perform additional duties as required by the operations team.
• Maintain KPI performance on allocated clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration.
• Fluent French and a good level of English, both written and verbal.
• Experience processing payroll according to local payroll legislation in France.
• An organized and methodical approach to work.
• Ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment.
• Competent IT user with experience in Excel, Word, and payroll system(s).
• Ability to perform manual calculations if necessary.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience using SILAE Payroll software.
• University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Labor, or a related field.
