Payroll Specialist | Spain

About the Role

Join our team as a Payroll Specialist focused on Spain, where you will manage client payrolls and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing while providing excellent client service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain payroll records for new hires, leavers, transfers, and contractual changes.
• Validate all payments and deductions.
• Ensure knowledge of client contracts, policies, taxation, mandatory insurances, and social security regulations.
• Guarantee the accuracy and timely delivery of monthly payroll files.
• Manage client enquiries via telephone and email.
• Build and nurture client relationships, delivering world-class service.
• Perform additional duties as required by the operations team.
• Maintain KPI performance on allocated clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Spanish payroll and personnel administration.
• Fluent Spanish and a good level of English (written and verbal).
• Experience processing payroll within local payroll legislation.

• University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Labor, or a related field.
