Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and provide timely feedback to team members, helping them grow and thrive.
• Guide people leaders through performance management, including reviews, continuous feedback, and clear growth paths.
• Deliver practical training to managers on People policies and talent development.
• Collaborate with People and Talent teams to deliver programs that attract, retain, and engage talent.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations concerns thoughtfully and swiftly, protecting trust and psychological safety.
• Foster an inclusive work culture that values representation and belonging.
• Collaborate with leaders on promotion processes, compensation cycles, and talent planning.
• Interpret and apply People policies consistently and with common sense, ensuring compliance.
• Utilize data to inform People strategies.
