Performance Marketing Manager, North America

About the Role

Join our Demand Generation team as a Paid Marketing Manager to drive pipeline creation through paid channels for the North American market and accelerate 360learning's growth.

Responsibilities

• Own pipe creation through paid channels for the North American market.
• Create ads for search and paid social channels.
• Define and monitor channel budgets.
• Optimize every step of the conversion funnel.
• Follow up with BDRs to get qualitative insights on campaign performance.
• Launch and manage marketing experiments to scale lead generation while being ROI efficient.
• Collaborate with content, events, and product marketing teams on integrated campaigns.
• Feed the Product Marketing team with business insights based on campaign results.
• Unlock new paid acquisition channels to scale demand generation in North America.

Requirements

• Strong expertise with SEM (Google Ads) and Social (LinkedIn / Facebook Ads).
• Minimum of 2 years of first-hand online campaign management experience.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to launch campaigns without errors.
• Excellent analytical skills to create reports, analyze performance, identify bottlenecks, and create experiments.
• High degree of autonomy and problem-solving ability.
• Clear and structured written communication skills.

• Command of marketing automation tools (Marketo).
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience in B2B SaaS.
