Performance Marketing Specialist

About the Role

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will accelerate our growth by managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across diverse platforms, driving acquisition and retention for our leading online community platform. This role is ideal for an analytical, detail-oriented individual passionate about performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other digital channels.
• Run structured experiments across ad copy, creative, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and uncover what resonates with target audiences.
• Implement and manage tracking via GTM and GA, ensuring accurate attribution and alignment with HubSpot and lifecycle goals in partnership with RevOps.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance regularly, identifying insights and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creative, landing pages, and testing strategies.
• Stay up to date with platform changes, trends, and best practices across PPC advertising and bring new opportunities to the table.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Background in SaaS or other digital subscription-based models.
• Strong attention to detail, noticing small elements that impact ad performance, targeting, or tracking.
• Strong analytical skills, confident in using tools like Google Sheets for campaign analysis, budget pacing, and reporting.
• Critical thinking skills, approaching problems with curiosity and structured thinking.
• Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate performance insights, campaign strategies, and testing ideas.
• Genuine passion for performance marketing and keeping up with the evolving ad landscape.
• Adaptability and excitement for change in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
• Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with additional ad platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads, Bing Ads, programmatic display).
• Familiarity with HubSpot for campaign tracking and attribution.
