PR & Communications Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic PR & Communications Lead to shape and amplify the narrative of ElevenLabs across global markets. This is an exciting opportunity to drive high-impact communications strategies for a rapidly growing leader in generative AI voice technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive global public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Manage relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry analysts.
• Create compelling press materials, including press releases, talking points, executive briefing documents, and Q&As.
• Oversee crisis communications planning and execution to protect and manage brand reputation.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging across all external communications.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in public relations, corporate communications, or media relations, preferably within the technology or AI sector.
• Demonstrated success in securing high-impact media placements in top-tier global publications.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail in crafting sophisticated narratives.
• Strong understanding of the current media landscape, including digital, social, and traditional channels.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working with executive leadership on media training and thought leadership positioning.
• Familiarity with the generative AI or synthetic media space.
• Experience managing PR agencies or external vendors effectively.
