Principal Engineer - Ads Signals, Identity & Measurement

About the Role

Join our Ads Measurement team as a Principal Engineer to lead the development of end-to-end advertising measurement solutions, significantly enhancing our platform's efficiency and user experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive technical vision and solve complex problems across various engineering and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the long-term technical vision and strategy for Ads Measurement for the next 2+ years.
• Lead large, cross-functional projects from concept and design through implementation and rollout, ensuring high quality and performance.
• Translate complex business problems into robust engineering solutions, driving improvements in Ads performance.
• Provide hands-on technical expertise and problem-solving, stepping in where specialized knowledge is needed.
• Drive the full end-to-end measurement solutions, from signal ingestion to ads delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a hands-on software engineering leader.
• Deep familiarity with end-to-end Ads systems.
• Extensive experience with Ads Measurement and the downstream adoption of measurement data.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across different engineering and cross-functional organizations.
