Principal Product Manager, Growth

About the Role

Lead the transformation of value realization at a global leader in digital operations management by owning the end-to-end user journey from trial acquisition through paid conversion and platform adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for AI growth products, focusing on trial-to-paid conversion and existing customer optimization across the Operations Cloud platform.
• Build and scale experimentation infrastructure and culture organization-wide, guiding products through optimization cycles with clear success criteria.
• Transform fragmented trial experiences into cohesive user journeys that drive activation and build in-product growth levers (e.g., upgrade prompts, usage dashboards).
• Matrix manage engineering and design teams dedicated to growth initiatives and train existing Product Managers on growth mindset and experimentation practices.
• Collaborate with pricing, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to define product-led go-to-market strategies and packaging that drive adoption.
• Establish growth analytics capabilities, design and execute A/B and multivariate testing programs, and synthesize data to ruthlessly prioritize based on impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years focusing specifically on growth products within PLG SaaS organizations.
• Proven track record optimizing conversion funnels and driving measurable growth metrics in enterprise SaaS environments.
• Deep understanding of the end-user (developer/reliability engineer) and the relationship between the core user and the buyer/decision-maker.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven experience using A/B testing platforms, growth analytics tools, and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience matrix managing engineering and design teams.

• Background in consumption-based or usage-based pricing model transitions.
