Principal Product Manager, Telematics & Connected Ecosystem

About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Principal Product Manager to lead our telematics and connected-vehicle data strategy, building a new product line from the ground up. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of real-time vehicle data, from hardware integration to the creation of mission-critical fleet management experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for telematics and connected-vehicle data.
• Manage strategic hardware and OEM partnerships to ensure seamless data ingestion.
• Lead the discovery and delivery of new product capabilities, including live visualization, mapping, and vehicle health insights.
• Standardize data streams to ensure reliability, accuracy, and actionable intelligence across the platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Design, Engineering, and GTM to drive product adoption and business growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS with a focus on technically complex products.
• Proven track record of leading ambiguous, 0-to-1 product initiatives with high autonomy.
• Deep experience with telematics, connected-vehicle, OEM, or IoT data ecosystems.
• Strong ability to build and manage strategic partner relationships.
• Experience navigating both product-led (PLG) and sales-led (SLG) growth motions.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in fleet management, automotive, transportation, or mobility industries.
• Background in managing white-label or OEM hardware relationships.
• Proficiency with geospatial data, mapping, or real-time streaming data at scale.
• Experience with marketplace or multi-sided platform business models.
