About the Role

Join us as a visionary Principal Product Marketing Manager, Serverless, to shape the market perception and adoption of our innovative cloud product portfolio. This strategic role is pivotal in defining our go-to-market strategy, driving impactful positioning, and orchestrating successful product launches for our cutting-edge serverless solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for cloud products and features, including launch planning, field enablement, and customer campaigns.
• Craft compelling positioning and messaging that differentiates our cloud offerings in the market, tailoring content for developers, DevOps, platform engineers, and enterprise buyers.
• Create sales tools, playbooks, and training materials, leading enablement sessions to ensure consistent messaging across all sales touchpoints.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product development, marketing strategy, and executive decisions.
• Collaborate on thought leadership and content development, producing blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and presentations that establish our brand as a cloud innovation leader.
• Partner with product management and cross-functional teams to plan and execute high-impact product and feature launches, ensuring both internal readiness and external awareness.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product marketing, including at least 4 years focused on cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, or similar technical domains.
• Proven track record of leading successful go-to-market initiatives for complex cloud-native or SaaS products.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to deeply understand and articulate concepts related to cloud architecture, containers, serverless, CI/CD, and modern developer workflows.
• Deep understanding of serverless runtimes and execution models (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Amazon ECS, Cloud Run, or open-source container-based serverless alternatives).
• Experience marketing serverless platforms, FaaS tools, or developer workflows built on event-driven or ephemeral compute architectures.
• Adept at translating the value of serverless architectures to both technical and executive audiences, emphasizing scalability, efficiency, and developer productivity.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with a proven talent for simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
