Privacy Operations Analyst

About the Role

Join our team as a Privacy Operations Analyst, a fully remote role based in Europe or the United Kingdom, to ensure robust data privacy and compliance across our operations. You will play a crucial part in maintaining our commitment to industry-leading privacy standards, especially as we build out our AI compliance framework.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage privacy policies and procedures in line with global regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Conduct data privacy impact assessments (DPIAs) and risk analyses for new products and features.
• Monitor and audit privacy controls to ensure ongoing compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Respond to data subject access requests (DSARs) and other privacy-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with legal, product, and engineering teams to embed privacy-by-design principles.
• Assist in the development and operationalization of AI compliance frameworks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a privacy operations, compliance, or data protection role.
• Strong understanding of global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Experience with privacy management tools and processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Information Security, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
