About the Role

Join our innovative team as a Product Designer to shape the future of crypto products, delivering intuitive and engaging experiences for users worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define and implement user-centered design solutions.
• Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces.
• Advocate for design best practices and contribute to the evolution of our design system.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analytics, and business requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role, preferably in fintech or crypto.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with blockchain technology or cryptocurrency platforms.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand technical constraints.
• Experience with user testing and A/B testing methodologies.
