Product Designer, Onchain Trading

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, analyze market trends, and gather insights to inform design decisions for onchain trading products.
• Translate complex blockchain concepts and trading functionalities into clear, user-friendly interfaces and experiences.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure design feasibility.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and performance metrics.
• Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system to ensure a cohesive user experience across all products.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and impact.
• Demonstrated experience designing for complex financial platforms, trading systems, or blockchain/crypto products.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
• Ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively to cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with onchain protocols, smart contracts, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
• Experience with data visualization for financial or trading applications.
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate better collaboration with engineers.
• Experience working in a fully remote, distributed team environment.
