About the Role

As Product Lead for Zapier Agents, you will drive the vision and execution of our AI-powered agent product, shaping how intelligent agents operate at scale. This is a unique opportunity to put Large Language Models (LLMs) to work in the real world and define how agents support millions of users.

Responsibilities

• Build intelligent Agents that take action across Zapier’s 8,000+ integrations.
• Translate LLM capabilities into intuitive, agent-first product experiences.
• Design user experience (UX) that balances autonomy with user control and trust.
• Help users delegate goals, not just trigger actions.
• Define and iterate on metrics that signal agent effectiveness and adoption.
• Rapidly synthesize user feedback and data to drive continuous improvement.

This role focuses on Zapier Agents, an experimental AI workspace leveraging Zapier’s deep integration capabilities and vast user base. You will be instrumental in evolving a product already delivering dynamic reasoning into something more intuitive, trustworthy, and transformative, defining how AI Agents will work at scale.
