Product Manager - App Platform

About the Role

Join PagerDuty, a global leader in digital operations management, to drive the transformation toward fully automated operations by leading the development of our core App Experience Platform. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a scalable, consistent front-end experience used across our Operations Cloud for admins and responders alike.

Responsibilities

• Partner with UX design, engineering, and program management to accelerate product development and deliver an outstanding user experience.
• Deeply understand PagerDuty Operations Cloud functionality and customer journeys in collaboration with product and UX design managers.
• Consolidate and prioritize UX needs by partnering closely with our apps and platform product teams.
• Guide critical platform programs, including Accessibility, FedRAMP compliance, internationalization (i18n), and localization (l10n).
• Develop and execute an integrated roadmap that serves both business priorities and the needs of internal product teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience within SaaS, enterprise software, or developer tools.
• Familiarity with the technical implementation and design principles of web and mobile applications.
• Demonstrated technical depth and strong communication skills necessary to collaborate effectively with senior engineers.
• Proven success in high-velocity product teams, delivering customer value through iteration and tight feedback loops.
• Proficiency with analytics tools and a track record of making data-driven product decisions.
• Ability to lead through influence and drive outcomes across multiple cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Haves

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of DevOps workflows and incident response processes.
