Join our Consumer Core & Platform team as a Product Manager to drive the evolution of core product features and platform capabilities, working on complex initiatives critical to the user experience.

About the Team

The Consumer Core & Platform team is responsible for building the core product features, integrations, and platform capabilities that make our consumer products delightful, integrations seamless, and platforms performant and scalable.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and implement new features to continuously elevate the Core product experience.
• Utilize client feedback and industry insights to drive iterative improvements to the Core product.
• Leverage data to uncover trends, analyze bottlenecks, and prioritize opportunities for enhancing client experience and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering in identifying and prioritizing initiatives to improve performance, scalability, and efficiency, and to continuously modernize our shared platform.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with other teams across the organization (e.g., funding, onboarding, portfolio) to continuously deliver thoughtfully integrated experiences.
• Contribute to and execute Core & Platform strategy.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in Product Management.
• 2+ years of expertise working on Core features or platform capabilities, ideally within crypto or financial services.
• Proven track record of analyzing issues and opportunities, identifying solutions, and creating impactful features and capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a wide array of stakeholders in delivering against a roadmap.
• Proactive mindset, always looking for innovative, yet simple solutions to complex problems.
• Experience in data gathering, quantitative analysis, and the ability to translate these into actionable insights.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
