Product Manager, Consumer Trading

About the Role

Join our Consumer Trading team as a Product Manager to shape the future of crypto adoption and empower users with innovative trading products. You'll play a pivotal role in accelerating financial freedom and inclusion by delivering world-class crypto experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for consumer trading features.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather user feedback to identify new opportunities and pain points.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and legal teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Monitor product performance, analyze data, and iterate on features to optimize user engagement and business outcomes.
• Champion the user experience, ensuring our trading products are intuitive, secure, and reliable.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within fintech, cryptocurrency, or online trading platforms.
• Strong understanding of consumer trading products, market dynamics, and user behaviors.
• Ability to define clear product strategies and translate them into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Data-driven decision-making with experience in product analytics and A/B testing.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment across diverse geographical locations (UK, Canada, Europe).
