Responsibilities

• Structure go-to-market strategies and cross-functional working models for product launches.
• Influence product strategies, positioning, and narratives using data and insights.
• Develop and execute integrated go-to-market plans, including goals, measurement, and collateral.
• Enhance lifecycle marketing practices across email, in-app, and push notifications.
• Maintain market insights through industry research and customer feedback.
• Present marketing strategies and plans to executives and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing or related fields.
• Proven copywriting experience for announcements, emails, and in-app messages.
• Experience developing insights-driven consumer go-to-market strategies and managing successful product launches.
• Demonstrated collaborative experience with Product, Design, Lifecycle Marketing, Policy, and Communications teams.
• Extensive project management experience.

Nice-to-Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a Creative discipline.
• Previous experience in consumer banking.
