Project Manager - Content Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee content operations and ensure the seamless delivery of educational materials for the Indian market. This role is crucial for maintaining content quality and operational efficiency as we scale our impact.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a centralized repository of state partner interactions, MOUs, and project statuses.
• Serve as the primary liaison for US-assigned Jira tickets, triaging and routing them to appropriate leads.
• Own the final stages of content publishing, including video descriptions, SEO optimization, and thumbnail selection.
• Manage interns and vendors to execute content publishing tasks, ensuring quality control.
• Act as a neutral driver for cross-functional projects involving multiple teams, enforcing timelines and follow-ups.
• Ensure all content adheres to platform hygiene standards for upcoming content scaling.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in content operations or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison between teams.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Ability to manage and direct interns or vendors.
