Recruiter - Marketing, G&A, & Growth Operations

About the Role

Join our dynamic talent acquisition team as a Recruiter, focusing on bringing exceptional talent to our Marketing, G&A, and Growth Operations teams. Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for a diverse range of Marketing, General & Administrative (G&A), and Growth Operations roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team's needs, define job requirements, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source, engage, and attract passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with role requirements.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from application to offer, maintaining clear and timely communication.
• Utilize and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress and generate recruitment reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience (e.g., 3+ years) in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within a fast-paced technology or startup environment.
• Specific experience recruiting for Marketing, G&A (e.g., Finance, HR, Legal, Operations), or Growth Operations roles.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with AshbyHQ or similar modern ATS platforms.
• Familiarity with employer branding strategies and candidate engagement initiatives.
