Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule a high volume of interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and interviewers.
• Manage all candidate communications, providing timely updates and a positive experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate efficient scheduling and operational excellence.
• Take ownership of projects aimed at improving and scaling our recruiting operations and candidate experience.
• Contribute to a collaborative team that values efficiency, consistency, and the human side of hiring.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a coordination role, preferably within recruiting or HR.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on candidate experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Ability to work effectively within the Pacific Time Zone.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with remote-first work environments.
