About the Role
Lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives, driving significant revenue growth for a rapidly expanding company. This remote role is based in the Netherlands, focusing on the NEUR region.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of 5-7 Enterprise Account Executives, reporting to the VP of International Sales.
- Drive and execute business and revenue objectives for your sales team.
- Cultivate a collaborative environment that fosters team growth, learning, and success.
- Develop and refine processes for AE onboarding and ramping.
- Prepare accurate forecasts, manage territory/industry strategies, and plan for growth.
- Establish and report on key metrics to measure team performance.
- Ensure strong alignment with supporting teams including marketing, customer success, BDR, sales engineering, and customer engineering.
- Define the sales strategy for Chainguard’s largest accounts.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience selling technical products, with a preference for open source, DevOps, or security solutions.
- 3+ years of successful experience managing high-performing software sales teams.
- Proven experience working with CSP marketplaces.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding performance objectives (e.g., revenue and pipeline targets).
- Experience selling to Fortune500 companies and a willingness to be hands-on.
- Proficiency in using CRM and marketing automation systems.
- Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity in a dynamic environment.
