Regional Sales Director, SMB & Mid-Market

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and build a high-performing sales team at Sourcegraph during a pivotal moment, leveraging our AI-powered coding agent, Amp, to redefine our market approach. You will play a critical role in driving growth within the SMB and Mid-Market segments.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and mentor a team of sales professionals focused on the SMB and Mid-Market segments.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets.
• Drive the adoption of Sourcegraph's innovative solutions, including our AI-powered coding agent, Amp.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and partners to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities and inform product strategy.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role, specifically managing teams focused on SMB and Mid-Market accounts.
• Strong understanding of the software development tools landscape, developer workflows, or AI/developer productivity tools.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing remote sales team.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• This is a remote position, and candidates must be located in the United States.
