About the Role
Join Fleetio as a Regional Sales Manager, Mid-Market, a fully remote role within the USA, where you will be instrumental in scaling our sales results in a vast market. You'll lead one of our Mid-Market Sales Teams to capture a total addressable market of tens of thousands of businesses, driving significant growth for our modern software platform.
Responsibilities
- Manage and own the day-to-day comprehensive activity and output of your team, including prospecting, funnel management, forecasting, and negotiating.
- Lead a team of individual contributors to accelerate performance by driving key activities each week.
- Provide continuous mentorship for our Mid-Market Account Executives.
- Deliver stellar results backed by accurate forecasting.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Spearhead a coaching culture that breeds continuous improvement.
- Align sub-department execution and focus with division-wide goals and objectives.
- Work closely with other leaders in sales, marketing, business operations, and sales enablement to drive the strategy for this team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales leadership, specifically managing and developing a team of individual contributors.
- Strong ability in sales forecasting, funnel management, and negotiation.
- Demonstrated experience defining and tracking KPIs to drive team performance.
- Excellent mentorship and coaching skills for sales professionals.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.
About the Team
Reporting to the Director of Mid-Market Sales, you will be an integral part of the sales leadership team, contributing directly to the strategic direction and growth of Fleetio's Mid-Market division.
