About the Role
We are seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our growth within the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment across the USA. This exciting remote role offers the opportunity to significantly impact our market presence by building strong client relationships and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales quotas within your assigned SMB territory.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key SMB clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new customers.
- Accurately forecast sales, track pipeline activity, and report on sales performance using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to optimize the customer journey.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, specifically within the SMB market segment.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and effective sales methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or company events, as needed.
Work Arrangement
- This is a fully remote position, open to candidates located anywhere within the United States.
