Regional Vice President, Commercial

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic Regional Vice President to lead our commercial teams, drive revenue growth, and foster a culture of excellence in a fast-paced, remote environment. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will empower Regional Directors to achieve ambitious goals while shaping the future of our observability platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of 5 Regional Directors across the United States.
• Drive revenue growth by supporting deal creation, closure, and strategic account management.
• Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing talent across the commercial organization.
• Partner with cross-functional GTM, G&A, and R&D leadership to ensure alignment with company-wide objectives.
• Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in second or third-line SaaS sales leadership.
• Proven track record of leading teams to exceed quotas in a technical, client-acquisition-driven business.
• Experience leading product-led sales teams and navigating complex, technical product environments.
• Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, remote-first organizational culture.
• Strong data-driven mindset with a proactive approach to solving complex business challenges.
