Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and rigorously evaluate novel machine learning models for speech synthesis, voice cloning, and audio processing.
• Translate complex research findings into high-quality, production-ready code and scalable systems.
• Collaborate closely with research scientists to iterate on experimental designs and optimize model performance.
• Conduct thorough benchmarking and analysis to ensure state-of-the-art results.

Requirements

• Proven experience implementing and training deep learning models, preferably in the domain of speech, audio, or sequence modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Solid understanding of fundamental machine learning concepts, optimization techniques, and numerical computation.
• Experience with high-performance computing environments (e.g., distributed training, GPU optimization).

Nice-to-Haves

• Publications in top-tier ML/Speech conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, Interspeech).
• Experience with large-scale data processing pipelines.
