Revenue Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Revenue Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and optimize our marketing funnel to accelerate revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity to directly impact Paddle's commercial success through targeted marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, email, events) focused on revenue generation.
• Own the marketing pipeline, from MQL to closed-won, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, target audiences, and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage the marketing budget allocation to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of revenue-focused programs.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, optimize conversion rates, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in a Revenue Marketing, Demand Generation, or Growth Marketing role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of the marketing and sales funnel, lead scoring, and attribution models.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling marketing copy.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience marketing to global audiences or in the FinTech/Payments space.
• Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and tools.
• Experience managing external agency relationships for specialized campaign execution.
