Revenue Operations Manager, Expansion and Retention

About the Role

Join Fleetio as a Revenue Operations Manager, Expansion and Retention, where you will be the operational backbone for our post-sales teams, playing a critical role in retaining and expanding revenue across the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting and dashboards for ARR performance, including churn, contraction, reactivation, and expansion.
• Analyze churn, contraction, and expansion trends to identify root causes and inform GTM strategies.
• Fine-tune renewal and expansion forecasting by improving process, data hygiene, and visibility.
• Facilitate business reviews in partnership with Customer Success and Account Management leaders.
• Design scalable post-sales processes, including customer handoffs and account ownership.
• Partner with GTM Systems to improve Salesforce, Gainsight, and supporting tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, Account Management Operations, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience building reporting, analyzing trends, and managing workflows in Salesforce and/or Gainsight.
• Familiarity with customer health metrics, retention drivers, and leading indicators for churn and expansion.
• Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration and driving strategic projects.
• Ability to structure problems, derive insights from data, and recommend revenue opportunities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leaders.
