About the Role

Join Intellica, an innovative e-commerce AI company, as a Sales Concierge to engage customers, drive sales, and recover lost revenue through personalized iMessage conversations.

Responsibilities

• Engage customer leads through conversations that build brand and drive purchases.
• Navigate a blend of sales, support, and general customer care, responding with the right tone and approach.
• Proactively raise issues, flag edge cases, and surface process gaps to help improve internal workflows.
• Maintain internal documentation and collaborate with the product team to address improvement opportunities.
• Adopt new technologies quickly and become proficient in executing with them.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, customer engagement, or related customer-facing roles, preferably in luxury or high-touch retail environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with software tools and platforms; some technical or product experience is required.
• Ability to use common sense, read situations, and handle customers with warmth and professionalism.
• Motivated, organized, and capable of working independently while meeting goals.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a customer-first mindset.
• Adaptable, coachable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and closely attuned to business metrics.
• Flexible work schedule with required weekend coverage.
• Able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in e-commerce or DTC brands.
• Familiarity with iMessage or other conversational messaging platforms.
