Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound leads and conduct proactive outreach via email, social media, and phone to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain deep knowledge of our technology, the open-source ecosystem, and industry trends.
• Conduct effective discovery conversations to understand user needs and provide tailored resources.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet pipeline targets and win as a team.
• Utilize tools like Salesforce and internal dashboards to manage accounts and prioritize outreach efforts.

Requirements

• Fluent in both Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
• Located in Israel.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, detective-like mindset for research.
• A team-first attitude with a high degree of coachability and a drive for continuous improvement.
