Sales Development Representative, Enterprise

Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify new enterprise-level business opportunities within the EMEA region, specifically Israel.
- Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, social selling) to engage potential clients and generate qualified leads.
- Qualify prospects' needs and pain points, effectively communicating Deel's value proposition.
- Schedule discovery meetings and demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in a Sales Development, Business Development, or similar outbound sales role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Experience targeting and engaging enterprise-level accounts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hebrew is highly advantageous for the Israeli market.
- Strong ability to research, identify, and connect with key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
