About the Role

Responsibilities
- Engage with users and prospects to understand their needs, guiding them through their Grafana journey with appropriate resources.
- Proactively partner with the Sales Team to identify and qualify new business opportunities within target accounts, directly contributing to pipeline and revenue goals.
- Manage a balanced approach of responding to inbound inquiries and executing strategic outbound prospecting.
- Conduct thorough research to craft personalized, value-driven messaging across multiple channels (email, social, phone).
- Leverage AI tools to continuously enhance productivity and optimize sales development efforts.
- Build and maintain deep knowledge of Grafana technology, the open-source ecosystem, competitor landscapes, and industry trends.
- Utilize Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for efficient lead and account management.
Requirements
