About the Role
Join our dynamic EMEA sales team as an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, focusing on the high-growth MENA region. This role is crucial for driving new business opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline, and directly contributing to our expansion in a key international market.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research to identify and target high-potential enterprise accounts within the MENA region.
- Execute multi-channel outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, phone calls) to engage with key decision-makers and generate qualified leads.
- Articulate our value proposition clearly and compellingly to prospective clients, understanding their needs and pain points.
- Qualify leads effectively to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile and prepare them for hand-off to Account Executives.
- Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations for the Enterprise Account Executive team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) role, ideally within an enterprise SaaS environment.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable to effectively engage with clients in the MENA region.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and articulate complex solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly with CRM management (e.g., Salesforce).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Understanding of the unique business landscape and cultural nuances of the MENA market.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach).
- Previous experience working remotely in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Familiarity with global HR, payroll, or compliance solutions.
