Sales Development Representative

About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for future partners, playing a critical role in driving revenue growth by generating qualified opportunities for our Account Executives. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity to build a long-term career in tech sales within a fast-paced, merit-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect K-12 and Higher Ed decision-makers through cold calls and strategic email outreach.
• Build and manage outbound email campaigns to engage potential partners.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure high-quality pipeline generation.
• Set meetings for Account Executives and maintain accurate activity records in the CRM.
• Consistently meet and exceed performance goals and activity metrics.

Requirements

• Native or near-native English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within US time zones (EST to PST).
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and a self-motivated, performance-driven mindset.
• 0–3 years of professional experience, with a strong desire to grow in SaaS sales.

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior experience with cold calling, running email campaigns, or setting sales meetings.
• Understanding of the EdTech industry landscape.
