Sales Development Representative, SMB | Benelux

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment in the Benelux region.
• Engage potential clients through various outreach channels (email, phone, social selling) to understand their needs and introduce Deel's global HR and payroll solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to schedule meetings and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Continuously learn about Deel's product offerings and the global HR/payroll landscape to effectively articulate value.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or similar role, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; French is a strong plus for the Benelux market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, managing a pipeline effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
• Understanding of the SMB market dynamics and challenges.
