Sales Development Representative

About the Role

Join Grafana Labs as a Sales Development Representative to guide users through their Grafana journey, identify new business opportunities, and develop valuable, transferable skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will play a crucial role in connecting with influential people in organizations to drive pipeline for our company’s revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain knowledge of our technology, competitors, open source ecosystem, and industry trends
• Follow up on inbound leads effectively and efficiently
• Use a multi-channel approach (email, social, calling) to proactively outreach to new leads within target accounts
• Utilize Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for lead and account management and research
• Prioritize and customize outreach to target prospects and accounts via email and LinkedIn using research and data
• Drive effective discovery conversations to understand user needs and goals, providing appropriate resources and demonstrating how Grafana can help
• Consistently meet new business opportunity and pipeline targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and sales

Requirements

• Located in NORAM (North America)
• Open to feedback and coaching, with a continuous improvement mindset
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication style
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Willingness and ability to take on any task with a focus on quality
