Sales Development Representative

About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities to support our sales team. You will be at the forefront of transforming education by connecting educators with tools that personalize learning for every student.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive cold outreach via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations that highlight the value of our platform to potential customers.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve performance.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in lead generation or inside sales.
• Proven ability to manage a pipeline and exceed sales goals.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms like Salesloft or Outreach.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize with customer needs.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working within the K-12 education technology sector.
• Familiarity with consultative selling techniques and value-based messaging.
