About the Role

Join our team as a Sales Development Representative to generate qualified pipeline by engaging leaders within the K-12 education segment and partnering with major school districts.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-volume outbound prospecting through strategic email cadences and targeted daily phone outreach
• Uncover and qualify district needs through consultative conversations, transitioning high-potential leads into qualified opportunities
• Partner with dedicated Account Executives to align on territory strategy, coordinate outreach, and book introductory meetings
• Maintain meticulous CRM data hygiene to track cadences, prioritize active leads, and ensure efficient pipeline management

Requirements

• 3+ years in K-12 education or 1+ year of inside sales experience with a proven track record of engaging prospects
• Strategic thought partnership capabilities with Account Executives and territory management experience
• Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize with the unique challenges of K-12 buyers
• Legal authorization to work in the US
