About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential Small and Medium Business (SMB) clients within the Spanish market.
- Execute multi-channel outreach strategies (email, phone, LinkedIn) to engage and qualify leads effectively.
- Articulate Deel's value proposition, understanding client needs related to global HR, payroll, and compliance solutions.
- Schedule qualified meetings and demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and lead interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales development, lead generation, or similar client-facing role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Native or fluent Spanish language skills, both written and verbal, are essential for engaging with the local market.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in both Spanish and English.
- Strong research and prospecting abilities, with a keen eye for identifying potential business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
Nice-to-Haves
- Understanding of global HR, payroll, or compliance challenges faced by SMBs.
- Previous experience working remotely in a globally distributed team.
- A strong desire to build a career in sales within the technology sector.
