Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential mid-market clients in the Nordics region.
• Execute multi-channel outreach strategies (email, phone, social media) to engage prospects.
• Qualify leads and understand their business needs and challenges.
• Schedule discovery calls and demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to research, identify, and engage with key decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
