Sales Development Representative - Middle East

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns (calls, emails, social outreach) targeting key decision-makers in the Middle East region.
• Qualify inbound leads generated from marketing activities, ensuring a deep understanding of prospect needs and business challenges.
• Conduct thorough research on target accounts, industries, and personas within the Middle East to tailor outreach strategies effectively.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities and maintain pipeline hygiene in the CRM.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings set and pipeline generated.

Requirements

• Proven experience (1-3 years preferred) in a Sales Development, Business Development, or similar outbound sales role.
• Native or near-native fluency in Arabic (written and verbal) is essential for effective communication in the target market.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
