About the Role
Join Deel as an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, where you'll play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and engaging with key enterprise clients across the UKI and EMEA regions. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the global work revolution, connecting world-class companies with our innovative HR and payroll platform.
Responsibilities
- Strategically identify and research potential enterprise clients within your assigned territory.
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls) to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and pain points.
- Schedule qualified meetings and demonstrations for the Enterprise Account Executive team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and marketing to refine outreach strategies and achieve team goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) role, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong phone presence and active listening abilities.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and highly organized, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales career.
- Familiarity with HR tech, payroll, or global employment solutions is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are highly advantageous given the EMEA focus.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic global team environment.
- Must be based in Ireland, UK, Portugal, or Spain.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Previous experience selling into enterprise-level accounts or complex sales cycles.
- Understanding of the global employment landscape and remote work trends.
