Sales Development Representative

About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will serve as the initial point of contact for prospective partners in the K-12 education space, driving vital pipeline growth for the sales team while positively impacting student attendance outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-volume outbound prospecting through strategic email cadences and targeted daily phone outreach to key school decision-makers
• Uncover and qualify district needs through consultative conversations, transitioning high-potential leads into qualified opportunities
• Partner with a dedicated Account Executive to align on territory strategy, coordinate outreach, and book introductory meetings
• Maintain meticulous CRM data hygiene to track cadences, prioritize active leads, and ensure efficient pipeline management

Requirements

• 3+ years in K-12 education or 1+ year of inside sales experience with a proven track record of engaging prospects
• Experience utilizing CRM platforms such as Salesforce.com to manage pipeline and meet team goals
• Strong communicator with the ability to establish clear value propositions that connect buyer needs to offered services
• Legally authorized to work in the US
