Sales Development Representative, SMB

About the Role

Join our dynamic, remote Sales Development team as an SMB Sales Development Representative for the French market. This role is crucial for identifying and engaging new business opportunities, significantly contributing to our growth in the global HR and payroll space.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential SMB clients in France.
• Engage prospects through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and social selling, to generate interest in our global HR and payroll solutions.
• Articulate the value proposition of our platform and effectively qualify leads based on established criteria.
• Schedule discovery meetings and demonstrations for Account Executives, ensuring a smooth handover.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Native or fluent French language skills, both written and verbal, are essential for engaging with the French market.
• Proficiency in English for internal communication and documentation.
• Proven experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or similar outbound sales role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport quickly.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
